KIDS KEEP FIT - JUST GET SKIPPING - JOIN SKIPTRIX®

As the nation battles the bulge and youngsters are encouraged to do more sport, the noble art of skipping (also known as Jump Rope) has been reborn - skipping has been given a new lease of life by combining it with house music and extravagant lights giving the classes an almost 'hypnotic' club culture atmosphere.

Skiptrix® is the new and fun way to workout, with a warm up and a cool down - as you would expect - together with skipping skills and a variety of aerobic march sequences, all set to funky music.

It's been created by North West fitness gurus, Graham Heyes and Joanne Morrall, in response to pleas from schools and gym goers across the UK.

"Today's youngsters just aren't fit, and people are bored with the same old thing" said Graham. "The aerobic industry needs something different, and something that works. With the UK having such a high figure in child obesity, parents should encourage their kids to improve their fitness and skiptrix® is just the thing to get them interested - it's not only suitable for children it's suitable for the whole family".

"Skiptrix® is easily adapted to include low impact for the beginner and high impact, or even anaerobic training, for the more serious athlete. Skipping is so good for you, mentally as well as physically, that's why it has been used by pro boxers for years".

The Skiptrix® program includes a multitude of rope skipping skills, with new skills being created constantly, consisting of rope patterns and footwork variations; all using the popular single skipping rope which most people are familiar with.

Skiptrix® works so well, because each individual can work at their own pace, set their own goals and targets yet work along side their friends at the same time.  The carefully choreographed sets and marches make this possible.

Skiptrix® ensures a full body workout by using all the large, major muscle groups at once, making it one of the most effective fitness and weight management programs available.

Unlike many other exercise regimes "It's fun, hypnotic - almost, and very infectious" says Joanne.  "And skiptrix® provides consistent challenges, because there are always new skills to create".
